Schedule a video call with our investment team. We walk you through available units, pricing, and projected returns. No commitment required.
Remote site viewing
We conduct a live video tour of the development site and surrounding area. You see exactly what you are buying, from the foundation to the views.
Reservation & documentation
Sign the reservation agreement digitally. If needed, we guide you through power of attorney with a Kenyan lawyer, all done remotely.
Payment
Wire transfer in KES, USD, GBP, or EUR. All three payment plans are available. We provide bank details and acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.
Construction updates
Monthly photo and video updates sent directly to you. Plus access to our Journal for public progress reports.
Handover & management
We can manage your unit for rental income after handover, tenant sourcing, maintenance, and monthly remittance to your account.
